Pueblo of Pojoaque

The Pueblo of Pojoaque is located in Northern New Mexico, approximately 18 miles north of Santa Fe, near the junction of US Highway 285 and State Route 84. The Pueblo of Pojoaque is one of six Tewa villages in the northern Rio Grande Valley. The growth of Santa Fe and the Northern New Mexico region, including the corridor along US Highway 285/84 to Espanola, has enabled the Pueblo to implement its long-term land use plan. This plan calls for the strategic planning of commercial development and the leasing of commercially desirable lands.

The site plan has fourteen sites available for land leases and/or build-to-suit options. All sites are in the area known as the Pueblo Plaza commercial area. The commercial developments currently in the area include: Pueblo Plaza Supermarket, True Value, Wells Fargo Bank, US Bank, Nambe Drug Store, Pojoaque Pueblo Tourist Information Center, Dairy Queen, Sopapilla Factory, Pojoaque Pueblo Sports Bar, O' Eating House, Nambe Stop, and a Laundromat.

Sites available are suitable for various commercial purposes and potential uses. They include: Apartments, Clothing Stores, Shoe Stores, Auto Parts Store, Sporting Goods Store, thrift store, beauty industry services (hair salon, nail salon, tanning, etc), and various other retail and service oriented business opportunities.
